Salfran was formed in 1999 to provide a specialist training and consultancy service to employers and organisations. It was our experience that although there had been a great deal of valuable work addressing diversity issues with gender, race and disability there had been very little undertaken involving sexual diversity.

Our work with employers and organisations focuses on values training and enables delegates to gain a greater understanding of attitudes towards minorities and how this impacts in the workplace. We also enable delegates to be better equipped to deal with issues that might arise at work relating to diversity.
