Who We Are


 

Salfran is a training partnership between Sally Fowler and Francis Brown. We began working together in 1999 to provide a specialist training and consultancy service to employers and organisations. We are specialists in sexual diversity values training.

 


 

SALLY FOWLER

Has worked as a trainer and Development officer within the voluntary sector for over twenty years. Having studied at the Welsh College of Music and Drama she graduated in 1978 as a drama and English teacher.

Sexuality training is an area of particular interest and Sally has developed specialised training courses for Cardiff University social work and extra mural departments as part of their equal opportunities training as well as working and advising a diverse range of voluntary organisations in Cardiff.

Francis Brown

FRANCIS BROWN

Is a human resources professional who has spent many years working in general HR management. He is a member the Institute of Personnel Development and has a MA in Employment Law.

Over the years he has worked as a volunteer with Friend a telephone counselling and befriending service for lesbians, gay men and bisexuals and undertaken various project work and equal opportunities awareness training courses for a variety of large and small organisations.



With their combined extensive personal and professional experiences they offer a unique and unmissable experience in training for any organisation.
